Protector Regin
Protector of what’s left of the Vidarian fleet, Regin is the alien equivalent of Machevelli’s The Prince. He’ll do what's ever necessary to keep his race from dying including the use of untested technology. Even if it means eliminating another race. Any species not Vidarian is of little more importance than a biological Petri dish to him, anyways. He resents anyone who says otherwise.
