Adahy “Elijah” Cloud
Nine kinds of pain keep Adahy “Elijah” Cloud on his feet, pushing his family and tribe west across the Trail of Tears. As a Shaman for the Aniyunwiya (Cherokee) tribe, Cloud does what he can to heal his people’s bodies and souls during the hard journey, praying that the end of the relocation will cease their suffering. He wishes his shamanic skills could change things in the real world as well as the spirit one.
